This is completely false. You are paid according to the ad on your articles. Some niche's pay more than others. Also, the more views you have, the RPM will drop. Most NB writers earn from $3.30 to 8 RPMs.

There is no ranking to move up. It's obvious you aren't a NB writer or you would know this.
