A group of sorority sisters from the University of Wyoming are suing their sorority for accepting a transgender woman as a group member. NY Post reports the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority sisters claim that they “live in constant fear” after noticing the trans member has “become noticeably aroused” around them.

The seven women from Kappa Kappa Gamma house filed a lawsuit against the national sorority organization, the national president, and Artemis Langford, a 21-year-old, 6-foot-2, 260-pound transgender woman who joined the sorority in September 2022.

Sisters File A Lawsuit

In the lawsuit, the sisters name Langford under the alias Terry Smith. Langford has been living away from the sorority house, and the school believes she will move out entirely before the next school year begins. The student is referred to as he/him in the lawsuit, even though Langford informed the school that she goes by the pronouns she/her.
