Noah’s Ark Never Happened: This Scientific Proof Debunks The Popular Biblical Story
Christians believe this outlandish story, with no proof it ever occurred. Now, we have tangible proof that it never happened, at least on a global scale.
The story of Noah’s Ark, as told in the Bible’s Book of Genesis, describes a global flood that destroyed all life on Earth, except for Noah, his family, and the animals he saved by bringing them aboard a massive ark. While it’s a powerful moral and religious tale, when viewed through the lens of science and reason, the logistics and feasibility of such an event fall apart under scrutiny. Here’s why Noah’s Ark could never have happened scientifically:
1. The Size and Space Problem
The Bible states the ark was 300 cubits long, 50 cubits wide, and 30 cubits high — about 450 feet long and 75 feet wide. It was nothing like the picture attached on this article.
This is roughly the size of a modern cargo ship. However, scientists estimate there are millions of animal species on Earth today, and even if Noah only took two of each “kind” (a vague term), the numbers would be staggering.
